Coming from an Italian background, I've always enjoyed everything and anything that has to do with food! Baking is a new adventure for me. It all started in 2009 with a Chocolate Guinness cupcake that I made for my husbands co-workers. When the compliments started rolling in, the cupcake obsession soon followed!

I use only the freshest ingredients for my cupcakes, frostings and decorations. When baking cupcakes, there are many reasons to start with fresh, high quality ingredients. Using old or cheap ingredients can alter the flavor of the cupcakes, and their texture can be greatly changed. While a cupcake can make the perfect dessert, it is only as good as its weakest part. I use real vanilla extract and a high quality chocolate to produce the highest intensity of flavour!!!!!

I have converted some old family favorite desserts into cupcakes and enjoy baking for All Occasions: Weddings, Birthdays, Bridal Showers, Baptisms, any occasion is worthy of cupcakes!
